Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss is currently the Director and Head of Total Rewards at Scale AI, a position they have held since 2024. They previously served as a Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Coinbase and have extensive experience in compensation roles at companies including Uber and Korn Ferry Hay Group. Michael began their career as a Summer Research Analyst at Moody's Analytics and later worked as a Financial Analyst at ING. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011, following their time as a Strategy Consultant at The Wharton School.
