With a background in communications, Nga has held roles at Reigate Grammar School Vietnam and Vietnet-ICT, focusing on media management, event organization, and community projects. They have also worked as a Freelance Linguist and AI Trainer, contributing to numerous language projects and providing linguistic support for AI/NLP model development. Nga holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
