Rishabh Shah

Rishabh Shah is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in developing innovative solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for the Connectivity Platform at Scale AI, Rishabh leads a team of six engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality data and develops customer applications and APIs. Previously at Wayfair, Rishabh managed engineering teams in both the Purchase and Experimentation divisions, contributing significantly to team scaling and the creation of an in-house A/B testing platform. Rishabh's earlier experience at eClinicalWorks includes leading cross-functional teams to enhance physician-facing solutions and pioneering an NLP-powered documentation tool that improved efficiency in clinical workflows. Rishabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from D.J Sanghvi College of Engineering.
