Rishma Murugan

Rishma Murugan is a software engineer currently at Scale AI, specializing in developing production features utilizing LLMs, including prompt engineering and user feedback iterations. Previously, Rishma held positions at Mem Labs, Clockwise, and Asana, where a focus on full-stack feature development using technologies like React and TypeScript contributed to enhanced user retention and product adoption. Rishma co-founded BlossomVR, creating a VR app that reduced user stress through biofeedback, and has extensive experience as a virtual reality developer at Extended Reality at Berkeley. Early career experiences include internships at Walt Disney Direct-to-Consumer, ServiceTitan, and Ubiquitous Computing Lab, where Rishma contributed to various software projects and research initiatives.
