Roberto Pazmino

Roberto Pazmino currently serves as Chief of Staff for Go-To-Market at Scale AI since August 2023. Prior experiences include an MBA Summer Internship at Lattice in 2022 and a progressive role at Zubale from 2019 to 2021, where positions included Director of International Expansion, Business Operations Manager, and Sales Manager. Roberto also held the position of Customer Success Head and Project Management Leader at Ignite Commerce from January 2018 to July 2019, and spent over four years at Procter & Gamble from 2013 to 2017 in various sales roles, culminating as Senior Sales Business Unit Manager. Roberto holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, with a short course at Fudan University focusing on Marketing and Business Administration.
