Tim Carney

Tim Carney is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Scale AI since February 2025. Previously, Tim held multiple leadership roles at The Rounds from July 2022 to February 2025, including Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Vice President of Operations. Tim also co-captained a 6,000+ mile navigational journey around the eastern U.S. while with Sweet Day from April 2021 to April 2022. Prior to this, Tim worked at Uber from January 2018 to April 2021, where roles included General Manager and Head of US&C Uber Eats Support, focusing on program leadership for community operations. Tim began their career as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte from January 2013 to February 2014. Tim completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics Management and Politics and Government at Ohio Wesleyan University in May 2012.
