David Eicher

David Eicher is an accomplished aerodynamicist currently working at Scaled Composites, LLC, since September 2025. Prior to this role, David served as the CTO and Director of Aircraft Engineering at Zenith Aerospace from September 2022 to September 2025, and held multiple positions at Scaled Composites from August 2010 to September 2022, including Director of Engineering and Aerospace Design Engineer. David's expertise includes designing and testing prototype aircraft and spacecraft, performance analysis, and composite structure design. David's earlier experience includes a graduate research assistantship at Georgia Institute of Technology, an internship at NASA Glenn Research Center, and a management internship at PCC Airfoils. David holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Ohio State University.
