Michael Nelson is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and service industries. As the Founder and Partner of Scaled Inc since March 2022, Michael addresses the challenges of finding and retaining technical talent within the managed service provider (MSP) sector. Since 2004, Michael has been the Owner of TLC Tech, a company recognized for exceptional customer service and providing technology solutions to small businesses in Northern California. In addition to these roles, since January 2020, Michael has served as an Author at Goals That Matter, focusing on simplifying the goal achievement process. Michael's prior experience includes owning SacWeb from 1995 to 2001. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 1991.
