+++ VISUALIZE PHYSICAL WORKLOAD +++
At 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 we set new standards in digital ergonomics – scientifically grounded, standards-based, and tailored for real-world application. Since 2010, we’ve supported organizations in manufacturing, logistics, and research in designing healthy, high-performance workplaces through advanced ergonomic analysis.

Our sensor-based measurement system 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 combines XSENS motion capture with biomechanical modeling to analyze physical strain in real time – for every body region and directly at the workplace. The system focuses on the three primary risk factors for musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs):

▶ Body and joint forces
▶ Awkward postures (e.g. of trunk or extremities)
▶ Repetitive movements

𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 is your partner for the entire ergonomic optimization process – from measurement, visualization, and risk evaluation to developing and implementing actionable recommendations.

For companies, universities, or occupational health providers looking to conduct their own analyses, the 𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗟𝗘𝗧𝗘 is also available as a complete turnkey system – including training and ongoing software updates.

Our solutions for ergonomic workplace optimization:
• Real-time ergonomic assessments directly at the workplace
• Sales of INDUSTRIAL ATHLETE systems for in-house use
• Digital risk assessments (e.g., using the Key Indicator Method)
• Recommendations for ergonomic workplace design
• Evaluation of exoskeleton effectiveness
• Benchmarking & product comparisons for ergonomic tools
• Health workshops & training programs
