Uday Kumar has held several engineering positions since 2011. Uday began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Tata Elxsi, where they were responsible for RTL design and validation of SPI Slave controller and I2C Slave controller on FPGA, as well as implementation of debug bus architecture in the design for FPGA and ASIC. In 2014, they moved to STMicroelectronics as a Sr Design Engineer, where they were responsible for SoC Integration of Automotive System IP's and Bring up and analysis of CDC using Spyglass for automotive SoCs. In 2015, they joined Samsung Semiconductor as an Engineer, where they played a significant role in development of synthesizable Programmable MBIST IP and its architecture, working on architecture up to synthesis and timing closure. Uday Kumar is currently a Design Engineer at ScaleFlux, a position they have held since 2022.
Uday Kumar has a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Micro Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Uday also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Uday Kumar has obtained three certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Improving Your Listening Skills, Collaboration Principles and Process, and Collaborative Leadership.
