Robert Macia is an accomplished structural engineer with extensive experience in the design and management of complex building projects. As the Managing Partner and founder of Scalene Design since 2016, Robert oversees all business operations and leads innovative structural engineering initiatives. Prior to Scalene Design, Robert served as President at Stewart from October 2000 to December 2015, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and guiding corporate strategic plans across various technical disciplines. Earlier roles included Project Engineer, Project Manager, and Structural Department Manager at Bill Reiffert and Associates, focusing on public and commercial building design. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
