With the growing start-up ecosystem in India, we realised that founders and the core team end up spending a lot of time in attracting, hiring and managing talent; which ideally they would want to spend on building the product and core business activities. This led to the inception of Scalent in late 2019 and we have been operational since early 2020.

Scalent aims to offer hassle-free talent solutions to growing startups. We are committed to exceeding expectations and enabling clients for long-term success. With a strong background in sourcing, hiring, and recruitment consulting, we offer industry and function agnostic recruitment solutions, with an eye for mid-to-senior and senior management roles.

We have a track record of closing roles across different sectors, including but not limited to Plum (group health insurance & benefits platform), Beaconstac (physical to digital experience management solution), Mesh and Findem (B2B SAAS, HRtech), Nanonets (AI/ML) & others.
