Anthony Walker

Anthony Walker is a knowledgeable product support specialist currently working at ScalePad since April 2024. From August 2005 to September 2023, Anthony gained extensive experience at Global Mentoring Solutions, holding various roles including MSP Trainer, MSP Compliance and Training Officer, Senior Mentor, and Mentor. Responsibilities included conducting onboarding and continuous training on cybersecurity, company policies, and customer service for new hires in Managed Service Provider and Residential Support teams, as well as addressing technical challenges for customers. Anthony holds a degree in Computer Programming and Analysis from George Brown College, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
