Leena Chanthyvong

Leena Chanthyvong has a diverse work experience in graphic design. Leena currently works as a Graphic Designer at ScalePad since September 2021. Previously, they worked as a Graphic Designer at idig Marketing from September 2015 to October 2021. During their time there, they were responsible for creating visual content, designing advertising materials, and creating logos for clients.

Leena also has experience as a Graphic Designer at McMaster Students Union, where they co-ordinated graphic design projects and managed social media accounts. Leena worked at Caliber Communications as a Graphic Designer from September 2019 to November 2019 and at WSI World as a Graphic Designer from September 2016 to September 2018.

Additionally, Leena worked as the Lead Graphic Designer at ElleHacks from November 2017 to February 2018, as a Graphic Designer at Aviso Home Inspection Services from February 2016 to June 2016, and as a Hostess at Swiss Chalet Fine Foods from September 2015 to April 2016.

Before entering the field of graphic design, Leena gained experience as a Sales Associate Cashier at Gap Inc./Gap from June 2014 to May 2015. Leena also worked as a Graphic Designer at IRIS (Institute for Research and Innovation in Sustainability) from May 2014 to August 2014.

Leena Chanthyvong completed their Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, specializing in BDes, (Hons.), through the York/Sheridan Program at York University from 2011 to 2015. In 2018, they obtained a Web Development Certificate from Juno College of Technology, focusing on web development. In 2019, Leena attended Juno College of Technology again, this time for User Experience Design. Additionally, they completed a User Interface Design course at BrainStation in the same year. In 2022, Leena attended the School of Motion and completed an After Effects Kickstart course. Leena also holds certifications in Introduction to After Effects (After Effects Kickstart) and User Interface Design.
