Luis Giraldo

Luis Giraldo has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the IT industry. Luis is currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at ScalePad, where they aim to enhance partner success and employee experience. Prior to this, they held the position of SVP, MSP at Top Down Ventures. Luis also worked as a Technical Management Consultant at Fully Managed by TELUS Business.

Before joining Fully Managed, Luis served as a Senior Consultant & CEO at Ook Enterprises Ltd. for over 16 years. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in providing consultancy services and driving the company's success.

Luis has also worked at N-able as the Senior Director of Marketing, where they focused on enabling MSPs to grow and succeed with N-able products. Luis led various key projects and initiatives to ensure success amongst key stakeholders.

In their previous role as VP, Strategy at IT Glue, Luis influenced critical product direction and decisions across Kaseya's product portfolio. Luis also played a significant role in building symbiotic relationships with partners and distributors worldwide.

Before joining IT Glue, Luis founded Monkey Box App Inc. and served as its CEO. Luis was responsible for the company's overall growth and success until its acquisition in 2017.

Luis began their career at Fully Managed, where they held positions such as Director of Client Strategy and Director of Apple Solutions. In these roles, they were responsible for client strategy, Apple-centric solutions, and consulting.

Luis Giraldo began their education at Colegio Nueva Granada, where they received their High School Diploma from 1982 to 1992. Luis then pursued a course study in Music, Audio Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana from 1995 to 1997. Afterwards, they attended Columbia Academy from 1997 to 1998 and obtained a Certificate in Digital-Analogue Recording Arts. Subsequently, Luis enrolled in Simon Fraser University for music composition and completed course study from 1998 to 2000.

In addition to their formal education, Luis Giraldo has obtained several certifications. These include becoming a Certified JSS Administrator from JAMF Software in February 2013, a Certified Meraki Networking Associate from Cisco in April 2014, and a Certified Casper Expert from JAMF Software in November 2014. Luis also achieved the title of a Certified Casper Administrator from JAMF Software in August 2011. Furthermore, Luis has various certifications from Apple, including Mobile Technical Competency (MTC) in April 2011, Apple Certified Pro - Logic Pro 9 Level One, Apple Certified Specialist in Mac OS X Deployment 10.6, Mac OS X Directory Services 10.6, Mac OS X Security and Mobility 10.6, Apple Certified Support Professional (10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11), Apple Certified System Administrator (10.5, 10.6), and Apple Certified Technical Coordinator (10.5, 10.6, 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10). Additionally, they hold a CompTIA Network+ certification from CompTIA.
