Mike Chang

Mike Chang is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience and web development. Currently serving as Partner Experience Manager I and Lifecycle Manager at ScalePad since June 2021, Mike previously held roles as a Partner Success Specialist. Prior experience at TD from March 2015 to June 2021 included positions as a Personal Banking Associate, Customer Experience Associate, and Customer Relations Coordinator, where Mike excelled in building client relationships, managing portfolios, and providing exceptional customer service.
