Rogan Young

Rogan Young's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Rogan is currently a Product Manager at ScalePad, starting in January 2022. Previously, they worked as a Partner Development Manager at ScalePad from October 2020 to January 2022.

Prior to ScalePad, Rogan was a Principal Consultant at DITEST, where they provided digital consulting services from May 2017 to October 2020. Rogan focused on helping businesses navigate technology opportunities and excel at their core competencies.

Rogan also served as a Project Manager at CUBECREATIVE from November 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a Business Development professional at Vivo Team from April 2018 to November 2018.

In earlier roles, Rogan was a Territory Manager at 2degrees Mobile from November 2015 to April 2017, and a Business Development Manager and Account Manager at Spark New Zealand in 2015. Rogan was also a Support Analyst at Gen-i from January 2013 to November 2013, and a Project Coordinator at Gen-i from April 2011 to February 2012.

Additionally, Rogan gained experience in different fields, including snow sports instruction at Niseko Base Snowsports - SkiJapan.com from December 2013 to February 2014, and business coordination at Davanti Consulting from June 2014 to December 2014

Rogan Young holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Management and Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Product Foundations from Pragmatic Institute in October 2021 and Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner from APMG International.
