Most small and mid-sized businesses in construction, staffing, facilities management, and home services run on duct tape. WhatsApp groups for dispatch. Spreadsheets for scheduling. Manual resume screening. Triple data entry across systems that don't talk to each other.

ScaleTask fixes that.

We audit your operations, identify the 3–5 processes burning the most hours, and build AI-powered workflows that handle them automatically — from candidate screening and job matching to dispatch scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.

We work with n8n, Make, custom agentic AI builds, and direct API integrations — whatever the job requires. No cookie-cutter templates. Every workflow is scoped, built, and tested against your actual operations.

What we do:

→ AI-powered dispatch and scheduling automation
→ Resume screening and candidate matching workflows
→ Automated invoicing, follow-ups, and client communication
→ Custom AI agents for repetitive operational tasks
→ Process audits that quantify exactly where your hours go

Our clients typically recover 20–40 hours per week in manual work within the first 60 days.

ScaleTask is led by Mannmay Vinze, who also heads product strategy at Greenwich Research, News & Data — a financial intelligence firm whose products are distributed through LSEG, FactSet, and AlphaSense globally. That background in building data infrastructure at scale is what ScaleTask brings to operational businesses.

We start with a free process audit. No decks. No pitches. Just a working session where we map your operations and show you exactly where AI can cut the noise.
