Adi Behlulovic

Adi Behlulovic is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology professional with a diverse background in software development and project management. As the Founder and CEO of ScaleUP since June 2019, Adi specializes in full-cycle product development, guiding clients through every phase from project discovery to product launch. Adi also serves as CTO at Ae'lkimi and holds the position of Technical & Agile Project Manager at Toptal, an exclusive network connecting top freelancers with leading companies. Previous experience includes roles as Product Owner and Project Manager at NAGA VIRTUAL, Project Manager at WarOnCancer AB, and Product Manager at Ministry of Programming. Adi began a career in software development at BS Telecom Solutions, progressing from IT Intern to Software Developer, and has a solid educational foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Management from the Sarajevo School of Science and Technology.
