Yiching Lin currently serves as the Lead UX Researcher at Scaleway, where responsibilities include leading a team to integrate UX research into product development and collaborating closely with product teams to enhance user experience. Prior experience consists of working as a freelance UX and Service Designer, focusing on user needs and innovative design solutions, as well as roles such as a UX Design Trainer at ECV Digital, Senior UX Designer at Nurun, and UX Designer at OgilvyOne, enhancing user-centered designs across various industries. Yiching also co-founded Artchipel.com, acted as Art Director, and held senior marketing roles at Yves Rocher and L'Oréal, where significant contributions included developing marketing campaigns and loyalty programs. Yiching holds a Master’s degree in UX Design from L'École Multimédia and a B.B.A. in Marketing from HEC Montréal.
