As an Executive Member of Pavilion since October 2020, Lauren has also served as VP of Sales at Net Purpose, where responsibilities included building the go-to-market strategy for a Series A sustainable investing data platform. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Revenue at Demodesk, where revenue quadrupled under leadership, and holding various roles at Glassdoor from 2011 to 2020, including Vice President of Sales and Director of EMEA Sales, achieving significant revenue growth and contributing to a major acquisition. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles in business development at Equanum Capital Management LLC and Dynamic Credit Partners, along with experience as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. Lauren holds a BA with a double major in Government and French from Hamilton College.
