Tom Lloyd is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the CEO of Cold.inc since April 2023, focusing on providing critical marketing expertise to startup founders. Lloyd also works as a Startup Mentor at GrowthMentor and a Leadership & Marketing Mentor at MentorCruise. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including VP of Marketing at SEDNA and SVP of Marketing at UserZoom, Lloyd has demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand awareness across multiple SaaS companies. Lloyd's career includes significant contributions as Head of Marketing at WhatUsersDo and as Content Marketing Strategist at HireVue. An active member of the Pavilion community since July 2020, Lloyd holds a Master's Degree in Anthropology of Media from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in English and North American Literature from the University of Warwick.
