John Gallagher

John Gallagher is the VP of Executive Talent at Scaleworks. John has over 20 years of experience in executive search, talent management, and organizational development.

Mr. Gallagher began their career in investment banking, working for Citigroup, ABN Amro, and Mizuho International. John then transitioned into executive search, specializing in senior level finance searches for investment banking and asset management clients. John has also worked in London, Tokyo, Singapore, New York, and Houston.

In their current role at Scaleworks, Mr. Gallagher is responsible for leading the executive talent function and overseeing all aspects of recruiting, succession planning, and leadership development. John is also a member of the Scaleworks Leadership Team.

John Gallagher's educational career began at the Chase College of Business, where they studied business. John then went on to study at the Royal Grammar School Worcester.

John Gallagher reports to Lew Moorman, General Partner / Co-founder. John Gallagher works with Cody Halff - Director, Corporate Development, Chris Wittwer - Operating Partner, and Seema Chacko - CFO. A direct report to John Gallagher is and Cate Mollet - Manager, Executive Talent.
