Pawankumar Shirbhate

Pawankumar Shirbhate has been working in the technology industry since 2003. Pawankumar began their career as a Software Engineer at ParalSystems Software, which was later acquired by Kewill. In 2004, they moved to Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they were responsible for mobile platform and application development. In 2005, they joined Cognizant as a Technical Leader. In 2007, they joined Cisco as a Technology Manager, where they were instrumental in setting up and leading the product development unit for Small Cell Management (HMS/HeMS) products suite. Pawankumar also played a key role in leading, managing, developing and delivering the products successfully to tier-1 telecom operators across the globe. Additionally, they ideated and turned an idea into a full-fledged product - Network or Mobility Analytics for packet core networks. In 2015, they founded Scalex Technology Solutions, a Digital Engineering company that provides end-to-end product development services. In 2017, they joined WaferWire Cloud Technologies as Chief Solutions Architect. In 2019, they founded Joynaut Technologies, a company that is building cutting-edge products to transform health, wellbeing, and wellness.

Pawankumar Shirbhate's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Govt. College Of Engg, Amravati University and Amravati University from 1998 to 2002. Pawankumar then obtained a Business Management Micromasters from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore from 2019 to 2020. In 2022, they will receive a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation and Design Thinking from Emeritus in collaboration with MIT, Columbia Business School and Tuck School of Business. Pawankumar will also receive a Postgraduate Program In Artificial Intelligence For Leaders from Texas McCombs School of Business in 2022.
