Suezann Holmes

Suezann Holmes has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Suezann is currently the CEO of ScaleXP, a cloud-based financial reporting and dashboard solution for high-growth companies. In this role, they oversee the development and implementation of solutions that help finance teams save time and make better decisions.

Prior to their current position, Suezann served on the Member Judging Panel for the Woman CTO of the Year and Woman Entrepreneur of the Year awards in 2018.

From 2006 to 2020, Suezann worked at Board Advisory Portfolio, where they held the roles of Board Director, Independent NED, Audit Committee member, and CFO. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the growth and success of two Sunday Times Tech Track 100 companies, achieving over 200% year-on-year growth and successfully launching US operations.

In 2009, Suezann joined moo.com as CFO, where they implemented a marketing analytics strategy to drive accelerated growth. Suezann also ensured compliance with regulatory frameworks across the UK, Europe, and the USA.

Before moo.com, Suezann worked at Virgin Media as Finance Director, initially joining as Director of Planning and later overseeing the Content Division's finances. Suezann also served as interim Finance Director for Virgin Mobile.

Suezann's career began at Alvarez & Marsal in 2002, where they gained extensive experience in debt restructuring and performance improvement. Suezann played a crucial role in mitigating risk, implementing cost reduction programs, and leading turnaround initiatives.

Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Suezann worked at Strategy&, now part of PWC, as an Engagement Manager and Associate. Suezann contributed to optimizing corporate growth strategies, guiding expansion plans for companies like Lockheed Martin and developing partnering strategies for KPN Mobile.

Suezann Holmes has an MBA degree in Finance from The Wharton School. Suezann also holds a Masters of Arts & Sciences degree in International Relations & Spanish from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, they have a degree in Accountancy from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Suezann also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
