Scalicon Inc. is a U.S.-based software engineering company focused on Erlang/OTP development, DevOps, and backend infrastructure for telecom, fintech, real-time messaging, and healthcare platforms.

We help companies design, build, and maintain fault-tolerant distributed systems, with deep expertise in 3GPP, 5G, AAA, and custom telecom protocol stacks. Our engineers specialize in building scalable, production-grade systems that power millions of users across mission-critical industries.

We provide both consulting and full-cycle development — from architecture design, legacy modernization, and custom protocol development to DevOps enablement and ongoing system maintenance. Our flexible team extension model allows clients to seamlessly integrate our senior Erlang/OTP and DevOps engineers into their teams, or delegate entire backend components to us.

In telecom, we develop systems like Diameter and RADIUS servers, SIP/XMPP backends, charging & mediation engines. In fintech, we work on real-time payment infrastructure, Open Banking APIs, and fraud detection layers. For messaging, we build custom XMPP platforms, real-time delivery engines, and low-latency APIs. In healthcare, we support HL7/FHIR, telemetry platforms, and remote patient data collection with medical-grade reliability.
