Scaling Altruism helps educators and course creators run impactful cohort-based programs — without the operational overhead.

We handle the logistics so you can focus on your community: group formation, facilitator training, participant communications, scheduling, certificates, and outreach support. Whether you're running a career planning course, a reading group, or a structured learning program, we provide the infrastructure and coordination to make it happen at scale.

Our flagship program is the Career Planning Course — a free 6-week cohort-based program based on the 80,000 Hours Career Guide, where participants work through structured readings and weekly facilitated discussions to build a personal career plan. We partner with local organizations worldwide to bring this course to their communities.
