Jonathan Mond has worked in various roles in the business industry since 2000. In 2000, they began working as a Financial Controller for Lolitta Clothing, where they were responsible for accounts payable and receivable management, banking reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations, payroll preparation and EOFY reconciliations, BAS reporting, statutory compliance requirements, weekly senior manager meetings with job financial reports, review of OTB against sales and budget, rolling $9 million cashflow reports, full EOM financial reports, potential new store contribution and break-even analysis, and preparation of reports for external meetings.

In 2012, Mond began working for Making Sense Consulting Australia as an External Advisory Boards and Small Business CFO. In this role, they helped small businesses to understand the value of their financial reports and used a Balanced Scorecard to focus on key financial data and KPI's that drive their business.

In 2014, Mond began working as a Financial Controller/Bookkeeper for Maccabi Australia.

In 2017, Mond started working for Scaling Up Coaches as a Scaling Up Business Coach and Business Growth Specialist. In this role, they helped businesses implement evidence-based best practices to grow businesses between $2M to $20M in revenue. Jonathan used the Scaling Up framework to help business owners assess their goals, identify barriers to growth, and develop a personal plan for the company to successfully scale-up.

Jonathan Mond attended the Australian Institute of Business from 2016 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Jonathan then went on to take the Scaling Up Master Class in 2019-2020, focusing on Business Growth. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Business from Federation University Australia between 1988 and 1992, with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems.
