John Speight has a diverse work experience in the machining industry. john started their career at Cummins Inc. in 1991 as a Toolmaker, where they completed a Toolmaker apprenticeship and supported the manufacture of diesel engines. john then worked as a Contract Machinist at G D Barri and Associates from 2006 to 2010. After that, they joined Hoerbiger Compression Technology as a Lead Machinist from 2010 to 2013. john then moved to Emerson Automation Solutions, where they held the role of Lead Machinist from 2013 to 2021. Currently, they work at Scallon Controls, Inc. as a Lead Machinist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing daily operations and ensuring safety, quality, and production schedules are met.
