People: 

People are a company's most important asset. As a company scales, attracting and retaining the right talent is hard. This is why we added HR and Talent recruiting to our services. Because companies tend to build out their People teams at a later stage, we work with early-stage through enterprise companies, helping them place the HR and talent leadership who enable high-performance cultures. 

We celebrate founders and visionaries not only by supporting today's startups but also by recognizing the next generation of inventors. We allocated 3% of our profits to support emerging inventors.
