Michael Kelley is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Scamnetic since October 2025, Michael previously held the same title at CodeSecure, Inc. from August 2023 to September 2025, following its acquisition by Battery Ventures from Grammatech. Prior to that, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer at GrammaTech from August 2020 to September 2023 and served as Vice President of Finance at Arxan Technologies until its acquisition by Digital.ai in April 2020. Michael holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BS from Frostburg State University.
