Rob Sharp

Rob Sharp is an experienced leader in live experiences and integrated marketing, currently serving as the Director at SCAMP & DUDE since October 2022. As the Founder of LEX since January 2017, Rob specializes in creating engaging digital experiences. Previously, Rob was the Managing Director at Pulse Group from June 2013 to January 2017, overseeing global agency operations focused on live experiences, fan engagement, and corporate communications. Rob has held various roles including Divisional Director at Pulse Group, Director of Sport and Entertainment at innovision, Senior Producer at Exposure, and Producer at MICE International. Early career highlights include roles at Regent Street Association and New West End Company, where Rob played a pivotal role in destination marketing and event creation in London. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Psychology and Biology from Oxford Brookes University.
