Jeff Townsend has extensive experience in financial analysis, planning, and business intelligence. Jeff worked at SCAN Health Plan as a Principal Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for modeling budgets and forecasts and developing import/export interfaces with accounting and data repositories. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Cognos BI, Planning, and CPM Consultant, assisting various companies with Cognos projects. Jeff also worked as a Planning and BI Consultant at CBRE, creating planning solutions and developing BI reports. Earlier in their career, Jeff worked at Aviana and Aviana Global Technologies, where they gained experience in project management, requirements gathering, software installation, and design and testing of Cognos BI and Planning solutions.

Jeff Townsend's education history includes a Master of Environmental Management (MEM) degree from Duke University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the University of California, Davis with a major in Ecology and minors in Statistics and Computer Programming.
