Karla Schultz

Karla Schultz is an experienced Senior Project Manager at SCAN Health Plan since April 2020. Previously, Karla served as the MSO Program Director at CareMore Health, where significant infrastructure changes were implemented for managing services across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial lines of business, including onboarding SCAN Health Plan as the first client. Prior to that, Karla held multiple roles at UnitedHealthcare, culminating in the position of Director of Project Management for the West Region, where oversight of high-level projects focused on customer loyalty, healthcare cost remediation, and new product implementations. Earlier experience includes roles in project management and telecommunications at UnitedHealthcare and Perot Systems. Karla holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Webster Vienna Private University and a BA in Child Studies from California State University, Northridge.
