Ken Rowen, MBA, serves as the Director of Contact Center & Customer Experience at SCAN Health Plan since November 2021, overseeing critical functions in member experience, strategy, analytics, and operations. Prior to this role, Ken held various leadership positions, including Administrative Operations Director at CMRE Financial Services, Inc., and Vice President at Mnet Health Services, where responsibilities included managing operations and strategic development across multiple departments.
