Callum Scott is the Head of Development at Scancell Ltd since February 2024, contributing as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on novel immuno-oncology therapies. Prior to this role, Callum served as a Senior Advisor in Veterinary Product Development at knoell from June 2023 to February 2024, where expertise in drug product development and regulatory compliance was utilized to foster client relationships. Experience also includes a position at Allergy Therapeutics as Technical Transfer and Formulations Development Manager from October 2020 to June 2023, where Callum led teams in advancing product development for a novel VLP vaccine for peanut allergies. Callum’s career began in veterinary vaccine development as Development Manager at Benchmark Animal Health from March 2017 to October 2020, achieving the registration of the company’s first vaccine. Additionally, Callum worked as a Lecturer in Applied Science at North East Scotland College from August 2015 to March 2017. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Molecular Microbiology and a First-Class Honours BSc in Biochemistry, both obtained from Heriot-Watt University.
