Edgar Zormelo

Edgar Zormelo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise applications and systems engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Applications Operations at MTN since October 2018, overseeing critical services such as Active Directory and Revenue Assurance Fraud Management Systems. With a career spanning over a decade at MTN Ghana in various roles including Systems Engineer and Experienced Storage and Systems Engineer, Edgar has a strong foundation in application security and operational efficiency. Previously, as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at IPMC Ghana and Legon ICT Center, Edgar specialized in training on professional courses such as MCSE and CompTIA certifications. Edgar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from NIIT College, along with additional qualifications in MCSE and Electrical Engineering.
