Felix Addo

Felix E. Addo is an expert in corporate finance, insolvency, restructuring, and governance, serving as the immediate past Country Senior Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana and a former member of the PwC Africa Governance Board. With over 40 years of practice and consulting experience, Felix has held leadership roles in various organizations, including serving as President of CIRIP Ghana and Director at MTN Ghana since 2021. Felix has also chaired boards and advisory councils across multiple sectors, including as Board Chairman of Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC and Advisory Council Member for Kosmos Energy. Felix is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Ghana.
