Joseph Dogbe has a diverse work experience in risk management, compliance, and audit. Joseph started their career as an Internal Auditor at MTN Ghana in 2008, where they reviewed application and IT general controls. Joseph then became an Internal Audit Manager and later a Risk Manager, where they established risk management frameworks and policies. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Manager Technology and Systems Audit, where they developed risk-based audit strategies and plans. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Acting General Manager Business Risk Management, and from 2020 to 2021, they were the Acting General Manager Internal Audit and Forensic Services. In 2019, they joined MTN as the Cluster Head Risk and Compliance for Liberia, Guinea, and Guinea Bissau, where they enhanced enterprise risk management and compliance maturity. Prior to their role at MTN, they worked at KPMG as an Associate in Risk Advisory Services.

Joseph Dogbe holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana Business School, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Joseph also earned a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) designation from ACCA. Additionally, Joseph has obtained various certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), and Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from different institutions such as the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and PECB.
