Kofi Lokko, MBA PMP, serves as the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance, Performance & Partner Management at MTN Ghana since October 2012, where significant achievements include establishing a zero-downtime IT Quality Assurance unit and integrating observability tools with Machine Learning Operations and Site Reliability Engineering practices. Prior to this role, Kofi held various positions at Constellation Energy, including Manager of IT Infrastructure and Supervisor of IT Support Center, demonstrating a solid track record in project management, IT service implementation, and team leadership. Kofi's educational background includes an MBA and an MS in IT Strategy from The Johns Hopkins University, along with a B.Sc in Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore.
