Kwame Asante is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in network quality assurance and performance management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at MTN Ghana since March 2020, Kwame drives end-to-end network quality and coordinates complaint management. As a co-founder of AppKeep Cleaning Services, Kwame oversees various cleaning and lawn services. Previous roles include Network Performance and Operations Excellence Supervisor at Ericsson AB Ghana, where responsibilities involved performance analysis and troubleshooting, and RF Planning and Optimisation Engineer at Airtel Ghana Limited. Kwame began the career journey as a Network Quality Engineer at Millicom Ghana Limited, having earlier interned at The Coca Cola Bottling Company of Ghana and Vodafone Ghana. Kwame holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecom Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, awarded in 2009.
