Louisa Sosu

Louisa Sosu has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Networks Performance and SLA at MTN Ghana since April 2010. Previous roles include Network Quality and Reporting Manager and Senior Manager for Cost Optimization and Collaboration Programs at MTN, where responsibilities involved managing the OXyGEN technology strategy execution, expense efficiency, and skills development programs. Louisa began a career at MTN as a Radio Network Performance Supervisor from December 2006 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
