Having served as a Project Manager and later as Manager of Core/IP Networks Projects Implementation at MTN Ghana, Stephen led significant initiatives, including the Accra RAN Modernization Project. Known for execution excellence and strategic foresight, Stephen specializes in turning complex initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
