Tom Luk

Tom Luk currently serves as General Counsel at Scandit, leading a senior legal team across 10 territories, including EMEA, North America, and APAC. Tom is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previous roles include Chief Legal Officer at Forecast, General Counsel at Peakon, Ogury, and Sage People, where significant funding rounds and acquisitions were achieved. Educational qualifications include a First Class Honours LLB in Law from Brunel University of London and a commendation in the LPC (Corporate Pathway) from The University of Law.
