Aigars Pavlovics

Aigars Pavlovics has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as CoCEO and COO at scandiweb since October 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing project development, building teams, and fostering company culture. Prior roles at scandiweb include VP of development and project manager, emphasizing project planning and quality assurance. Previous experience includes content management and UI web development at UniWeb BVBA and project management at Efumo. Aigars holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in International and Regional Economy and another in Communication and Management from Riga Technical University and Vidzemes augstskola University of Applied Sciences, respectively, as well as a Bachelor's in E-commerce from Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration.
