Robert Adam possesses extensive experience in production planning and supply chain management, currently serving as Customer Planner Leader at Scanfil Group since December 2019. Responsibilities include managing a team of ten customer planners, reporting to the management board, and actively participating in the implementation of improvements across production planning, inventory management, and logistics processes. Prior roles at Wiromet S.A. involved significant responsibilities in production management and strategic planning, supporting lean tool implementations, and overseeing production plans. Robert Adam holds an engineering degree in Production Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Chorzów.
