Anders has held significant positions, including Senior Program Manager at Ericsson, where they led the delivery of the world's first 4G Radio Base Station, and CEO of ZAPIAC, focusing on organizational transformation and sustainable development. Additionally, they are a guest lecturer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, sharing insights into industrial economics and management.
