Anders Söderström

Anders Söderström is the Global Head of Scania Way in Commercial Operations at Scania Group, where they oversee leadership and systematic management initiatives. Prior to this role, Anders held various managerial positions at Scania, including Executive Manager of Scania Commercial Operations Americas and Director of Logistics Development at Scania Parts Logistics. They contributed to the development of HR methods and coordinated initiatives to establish Scania Leadership Principles, foundational for leadership at Scania. Anders earned a Master in Business Administration with a focus on International Business Management from Uppsala Universitet.
