Daniel Sandberg is currently the Test Strategist for Traton's Hub2Hub solution at Scania Group, a role that involves defining and overseeing the Verification and Validation (V&V) strategy to ensure the safety and reliability of autonomous trucks. Prior to this position, Daniel held various roles at Scania Group, including Senior Test Engineer for autonomous vehicles and Innovator in an innovation project, focusing on business ideas and test strategy tasks. Daniel started at Scania in 2011 as a Team Leader and later as a HIL engineer, contributing to the development of advanced Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments. Earlier experience includes consulting at Volvo Cars, specializing in HIL testing and automation. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
