Danilo Rocha

Danilo Rocha is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Head of Global Production at International since October 2023, Danilo previously held multiple leadership roles at Scania Group, where responsibilities included the Vice President of Manufacturing, Vice President of People and Culture, and Plant Manager for various facilities. In these roles, Danilo has focused on production optimization, human resources transformation, and cost reduction initiatives. Danilo has also contributed to strategic planning and organizational development through positions such as Plant Manager and Logistic Group Manager. An active board member at Previscania Sociedade de Previdencia Privada, Danilo's academic credentials include executive programs and degrees in Production Engineering from esteemed institutions like Stockholm School of Economics and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
